Feetle
Feetle: Four Letters, One Final Word
Feetle is a daily word puzzle game that challenges you to transform a starting word into FEET, one letter at a time. Inspired by classic word ladder puzzles, the game tests your vocabulary, logic, and ability to recognize connections between words. Every move must create a valid four-letter word, and each new word can differ from the previous one by only a single letter. While there may be several ways to reach the target, the real challenge is finding the shortest possible chain. With a fresh starting word each day, Feetle offers a quick but thoughtful brain teaser for players who enjoy word games and clever problem-solving.
Instructions to Play Feetle
Your goal is to build a chain of valid four-letter words that connects the daily starting word to FEET.
- Read the starting word: Each day begins with a different four-letter word.
- Change one letter: Replace exactly one letter to create another real English word.
- Build your word ladder: Continue changing one letter at a time while keeping every word valid.
- Reach FEET: Complete the puzzle using as few moves as possible.
For example, a valid chain could be SEED → FEED → FEET. Each step changes only one letter.

Tips for Finding the Shortest Word Ladder
- Work backward from FEET: Consider nearby words such as FEED, FEEL, and MEET.
- Change vowels strategically: A different vowel can open several new word combinations.
- Keep useful letters: Preserve letters that already match FEET when possible.
- Think beyond obvious words: Sometimes a temporary detour creates a shorter overall route.
- Plan ahead: Look for two or three connected words before submitting your next move.
