Granny 4 is a first-person survival horror and escape game where your goal is to explore a dark mansion, solve puzzles, collect useful items, and find a way out without being caught. This chapter raises the pressure by bringing together Granny, Grandpa, Slendrina, and Nosferatu, giving you several threats to watch while searching the building. You have five in-game days to complete your escape, so every failed attempt makes the remaining time more valuable.

Core Gameplay Mechanic

Granny 4 revolves around three connected mechanics: exploration, puzzle solving, and stealth. Search rooms, drawers, basements, closets, and other areas for keys, tools, and objects that help open new paths or progress toward an escape. The mansion is designed as an interconnected puzzle, so an item discovered in one area may be needed somewhere else later.

At the same time, you need to control how much attention you attract. Enemies can react to noise, making careless movement or dropped objects risky. When danger approaches, crouching, hiding, changing routes, or simply waiting for a safer moment can be more effective than trying to outrun everything.
