Chameleon Hide and Seek is a 3D hide-and-seek platformer game built around camouflage, color matching, and careful positioning. Not simply running away from the seeker, your main goal is to disappear into the environment: jump into color pools to paint your character, find a matching surface, choose a convincing pose, and stay hidden until the round ends. The concept follows the camouflage-focused hide-and-seek idea popularized by Meccha Chameleon, where blending into the surroundings becomes your best defense. Here, walls, floors, furniture, and other parts of the map can all become potential hiding places if your color and position fit the scene.

Paint and Match Your Surroundings
Jump into a color pool to coat your character, then search for walls, floors, furniture, or objects with a similar color. Matching the environment is only the first step; where you stand can make the difference between disappearing into the scenery and looking obviously out of place.
Choose a Pose and Stay Hidden
The Choose a pose option lets you change your character's posture before settling into a hiding spot. A pose that fits the nearby objects can make your silhouette less noticeable. Once the hiding phase begins, staying still and avoiding unnecessary movement helps prevent the seeker from spotting you.
Survive the Seeker
A countdown gives you limited time to prepare before the round begins. Once it switches to Hide!, the challenge is to remain unnoticed. Your objective isn't to reach a finish line or defeat an opponent - survive the search without getting caught.
