Rooftop Snipers
Overview of Rooftop Snipers
Rooftop Snipers is a 2D physics-based shooter where two characters face off on small rooftops and try to blast each other over the edge. Instead of freely running around or lining up shots with a traditional sniper scope, you have only a few actions to work with: jump, aim, and shoot. Every bullet can knock your opponent backward, but recoil and unpredictable physics can also throw your own character off balance. Different arenas, hazards, costumes, and weapons keep these short 1v1 duels chaotic until one player reaches five round wins.
Core Gameplay Mechanic
Each round is a 1v1 duel where your goal is simple: knock your opponent off the rooftop before they knock you off. You cannot walk freely, so jumping is your main way to reposition, dodge shots, and stay away from the edge.
To attack, raise your weapon and wait until it points toward your opponent, then release to fire. A successful shot creates knockback, pushing the rival closer to the edge or throwing them completely off the platform. Physics also affects your own movement, so poorly timed jumps and shots can leave you vulnerable. Win the round by making your opponent fall. The first player to win five rounds takes the match.

Quick Tips to Win
- Watch your weapon angle: Fire when the barrel lines up with your opponent.
- Don't jump constantly: Unnecessary jumps make your movement harder to predict and control.
- Use knockback: A well-timed hit near the edge can immediately win the round.
- Stay away from the edge: Give yourself room to absorb incoming shots.
- Learn the physics: Recoil and body movement can affect both your aim and balance.
Time your jump, wait for the perfect angle, and send your rival flying off the roof in Rooftop Snipers online now.
