Brainrot Hospital is a 3D hospital simulation game that mixes patient treatment with anomaly detection and survival elements. You work inside a strange hospital filled with Brainrot characters, where your job is to check patients, diagnose suspicious cases, treat brainrots, and stop anomalies from getting inside. Each shift tests your observation and decision-making skills, while a Sanity system adds extra pressure as strange events unfold around the hospital.
Core Gameplay Mechanic
Each run begins by choosing a class and starting a hospital shift. Instead of automatically accepting every patient, you need to inspect what appears in front of you and watch for anything unusual.
- Check patients: Examine Brainrot characters and look for suspicious signs or anomalies.
- Diagnose and treat: Handle patients correctly while completing your hospital duties.
- Stop anomalies: Prevent dangerous anomalies from entering and spreading through the hospital.
- Watch your Sanity: Keep track of the Sanity meter while dealing with patients and strange events.
- Choose different classes: Start as an Intern and progress toward roles such as Nurse, Secretary, Paramedic, Psychologist, Doctor, Firefighter, and Security Guard.
- Progress through shifts: Classes have levels and EXP, with different attributes such as Sanity, Utility, Starting Money, and Starting Items.
